本頁是依測試版功能整理的產品條款草案。營運者與客服信箱沿用注音小學堂 iOS 版的公開資料；正式全球上架前仍須補上法定地址、準據法、責任限制、消費者權利、爭議處理及各地必要文字，並完成法律審閱。

拾讀由 HSIHSUN HO（HoMade Works）提供，支援信箱為 [email protected]。App 提供從已連結的 Kobo 閱讀器取得筆記、在 iPhone／iPad 上搜尋與回顧、管理收藏、接收提醒、使用小工具、匯出資料及管理帳號的工具。功能、支援機型、地區與服務期限可能調整。
2. 與 Kobo 的關係
拾讀是獨立第三方 App，與 Rakuten Kobo Inc. 無隸屬、贊助或認可關係。Kobo 名稱、標誌、閱讀器軟體、電子書內容與 metadata 可能受商標、著作權或其他權利保護。你必須遵守 Kobo、電子書供應商及所在地適用的條款；拾讀不取得或保管 Kobo 帳號密碼，也不保證每種機型、韌體或內容均可使用。
3. 帳號與裝置
請使用自己的 Apple 帳號並保護裝置。Kobo 連結需由你在閱讀器上操作，核對型號、韌體與來源後完成。若發現未授權使用、裝置遺失或帳號狀態異常，請登出、解除連結或透過支援中心聯絡。
4. 你的內容與使用責任
你保留自己撰寫的心得及依法可使用的內容權利，也要確保同步、分享與匯出不侵犯他人權利或違反電子書供應商條款。書中畫線、封面、作者資料及其他書籍 metadata 可能受權利保護；拾讀不因提供工具而取得這些權利。
5. 同步、今日拾讀與通知
拾讀以唯讀方式取得雲端已有的 Kobo 同步資料；App 的更新按鈕不會遠端啟動 Kobo。網路中斷、來源變更、裝置休眠、系統排程或通知設定可能造成延遲或缺漏。今日拾讀依本機規則選文，不保證內容品質、出現時間或閱讀成效。
6. 封面與外部服務
封面顯示取決於封面識別碼、圖片服務與網路狀態。外部服務有自己的條款、隱私政策、限制或變更；你使用時也須遵守其規則。拾讀不保證外部服務持續可用或圖片具備你預期的商用權利。
7. 匯出、登出與刪除
匯出檔案由你自行保存與管理。登出會清除裝置上的私人資料；已過期／撤銷及已確認的配對 metadata，會在 pairing 到期後保留 30 天再由排程清除；裝置 credential 依自己的期限與撤銷狀態保存，清理不會撤銷仍在生命週期內的裝置。這項 build 21 清理已完成程式、migration 與測試，production 套用 migration 0007 後生效。帳號刪除申請受理後，現行雲端內容會依流程移除且可能永久刪除。完成收據雜湊保留 30 天，防止刪除前登入重建的雜湊屏障約保留 24 小時；供應商災難復原歷史可能依 Cloudflare 方案另行暫留。changes feed 歷史目前沒有固定 TTL。Kobo 閱讀器中的原始電子書、畫線與心得，以及你已匯出的檔案，不會因拾讀帳號刪除而自動從閱讀器移除。完整步驟見帳號刪除說明。
8. 測試版與未來訂閱
目前版本是開發測試版，尚未啟用正式訂閱或收費。測試版可能包含尚未完成的功能、限制、延遲或資料遷移風險。若未來提供訂閱，正式條款與商店頁面會說明價格、週期、試用、取消、恢復、退款及各地消費者權利。
9. 暫停、終止與責任
為了安全、維護、法律要求或服務供應商限制，拾讀可能暫停部分功能或終止測試服務。正式版本會說明通知、資料匯出期限、責任限制、不可抗力、爭議處理、準據法與強制性消費者權利。

營運者：HSIHSUN HO（HoMade Works）。支援與隱私信箱：[email protected]。注音小學堂 iOS 公開頁未列法定服務地址；正式全球條款會在法律審閱後補上可公開地址、代表資訊、生效日與變更通知方式。

It provides tools to retrieve notes from a linked Kobo reader, search and revisit them on iPhone and iPad, manage favorites, receive reminders, use widgets, export data, and manage an account.
LeafTrove (拾讀) is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rakuten Kobo Inc. “Kobo” is used only to describe compatibility. You remain responsible for following Kobo and ebook-provider terms and for having the rights needed to sync, share, or export content.
Synchronization reads data already present in the cloud on a read-only basis; network failures, device sleep, system scheduling, and notification settings may delay or prevent updates. Today’s Reading is a local selection rule and is not a promise about quality, timing, or results.
The current build is a development test build with no formal subscription or charge. Signing out clears private device data. Terminal pairing metadata is purged 30 days after the pairing expires for expired, revoked, or confirmed jobs; device credentials follow their own expiry and revocation lifecycle, and this cleanup does not revoke a live device. The build 21 code and tests are complete, and production takes effect after migration 0007 is applied. An accepted account-deletion request may permanently remove queryable cloud data; a receipt hash is kept for 30 days, a short deletion-login barrier for about 24 hours, and provider disaster-recovery history may persist for Cloudflare’s plan-dependent window. The changes feed has no fixed TTL yet. Original content on the Kobo reader and files you already exported are not automatically removed.
